Thursday, April 9 - Before you Travel!

We wish you safe travels on your journey to Costa Rica! Here are a few reminders for your arrival:

• We always recommend bringing copies of your passports.
• Many international carriers have weight restrictions. Please check the airline's website directly for specific information.
• One carry-on bag is permitted per person, plus a personal item (laptop, purse, camera bag). The bag may not exceed 45 linear inches (9” x 14” x 22”) and must fit in the overhead compartment or under the seat in front of you.
• Carry some toiletries, a change of clothes, and swimsuit (if applicable) should your luggage be delayed.
• Prescription drugs, in their original containers, should also be in your carry-on luggage.
• Be sure to carry your valuables on you or in your carry-on bag.
• We recommend arriving at the airport at least three hours prior to flight departure time. Check with your airport for estimated TSA wait times and adjust your airport arrival time accordingly. You must have luggage checked in with the airline at least 60 minutes prior to flight departure and be at the gate at least 45 minutes before scheduled departure.
• Once you check in, the reservation is in the hands of the airline. If your travel is interrupted or cancelled while you are at the airport, please get in line at a ticket counter or service desk. Once your new flights are booked, please inform the Fellowes Travel Headquarters of the new flight information. While in line, if you'd like assistance with possible flight options, call the Fellowes Travel Headquarters at +1 800-346-1315. If you call outside of business hours, an option is provided to be forwarded to one of the Air Specialists for assistance. Upon arrival, proceed to passport control, where your passport will be checked and stamped.
• After passport control, you will be directed to the baggage claim area. The belt number where your luggage will appear is displayed on screens inside the baggage claim area. Airport staff might pull bags from the belt, so be sure to check both on and off the belt for your luggage.
• Trolleys are available for your luggage. (Note that trolleys cannot exit the terminal building). Once you have collected all your luggage, you can proceed to the customs area.
• Upon entering the main arrivals hall, you will be directed to exit the terminal building. You will see uniformed Premio DMC staff with Fellowes signs along the way, directing you to awaiting vehicles.
• Transfer time to the resort is approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes.
• The official resort check-in time is 3 pm, and the resort will make every effort to have rooms available earlier. Remember that your room does not have to be ready to start enjoying your all-inclusive package. Your all-inclusive package begins with lunch on arrival day!
• Upon arrival at The Westin Reserva Conchal, you will be greeted by your Fellowes hosts and our group check-in. A credit card is not required for check-in but will be needed if you wish to post any charges to your room. Please have your passport handy for ID verification.
• A tour booking desk, spa desk and restaurant reservation booking desk will be available for your convenience.
• The Welcome Event will take place from 6 - 9 pm at Plaza del Mar. The evening includes delicious cocktails and food, and wonderful entertainment. Attire is Resort Smart. 

Check your phone for daily updates with reminders about the following day, which are typically sent mid-afternoon.
