The Fellowes Hospitality Desk will be open from 8am – 5pm in the Mitra Market. Please use the HELP feature on the mobile web app when it is not convenient to stop by the Hospitality Desk with questions.

Here are a few reminders for tonight’s Farewell event:

• Please join us on the Main Pool Deck this evening for a cocktail reception starting at 6 pm, followed by dinner and a night to remember!
• The Fellowes Travel Staff will all have copies of tomorrow’s departure manifest—if you have any questions or concerns about your departure, please connect with one of the staff and they will be happy to help you out.

Tomorrow's departure notes:

• With the exception of the very early departures, everyone should see a time in their mobile app itinerary for the luggage pull from the hotel. Please use your bag tags, and place your bags outside of your guest room door by that time. If you prefer to bring your own bags down, simply don’t put your bag outside of the door and the resort will assume you are taking responsibility for the handling of your luggage.
• If you'd like to bring a box-breakfast with you for the trip to the airport, you can order that through room service.
• To simplify your checkout tomorrow, you can close out your incidentals at the front desk tonight. You will no longer be able to charge anything to your room, but will have an expedited check-out in the morning, only needing to turn in your room key bracelet.
• If you choose to wait until the morning of departure to settle your incidentals, please give yourself some extra time to ensure a prompt departure. 
• You will be required to get a departure slip from the hotel in order to board your shuttle to the airport. To get this slip, you must settle your incidentals, and turn in your room key bracelet. 

We’ve had a great time celebrating your success this week and look forward to one last hurrah tonight before we bid farewell to sunny Costa Rica!

Reminders for Wednesday, April 15

• Breakfast is at your leisure. Before the flights and farewells, fuel up at Mitra Market 6:30am – 11am.
• If you'd prefer, order a box-breakfast for your travel to the airport through room service.
• Do not forget to grab your passports and valuables out of your room safe.
• The Fellowes Hospitality Desk will be open at 6:30am in the main lobby and Mitra Market. Travel staff will be on hand to assist with resort check-out and airport transfers.
