Wednesday, April 15 - Farewell to Costa Rica!

Enjoy the gorgeous views as you transfer back to Liberia Airport! We hope you cherish the memories you have created in Costa Rica with your guest and your Fellowes Hosts. If you find yourself capturing a moment with a picture, please remember to upload your photos to the app Gallery.

• Do not forget to grab your passports and valuables out of your room safe.
• The Fellowes Hospitality Desk will be open from 6:30 am – 5 pm at Mitra Market, and our staff will be in the hotel lobby to assist with departures.
• Everyone should see a time in their mobile app itinerary for the luggage pull from the hotel. Please use your bag tags, and place your bags outside of your guest room door by that time.
• You will be required to get a departure slip from the hotel in order to board your shuttle to the airport. To get this slip, you must settle your incidentals, and turn in your room key bracelet.
• Please use the HELP feature on the mobile web app when it is not convenient to stop by the Hospitality Desk with questions.
• A survey link will be sent to you. We encourage you to let us know what improvements or highlights you noticed during the trip. All responses are anonymous, so we eagerly await your honest reviews.
